The Quotation Specialist is responsible for providing support to our customers and service team by preparing quotes and pricing. The specialist will work closely with our service administrator, engineering, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate pricing information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who wants to develop this role by taking ownership, supporting, and driving revenue.

Required Experience
• Associates or higher degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Responsiblities
• Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring that all information is complete
• Interact with vendors to obtain special pricing and special-order items
• Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensure all necessary information is obtained from the customer
• Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all products and services requested
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure that all quotes are compliant with company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure that all opportunities are properly qualified and pursued
• Support the service team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
• Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload • Attend all department and service meetings as requested
